Sandbox Dance Programs with Michael Wimberly
Its a tradition 21 years in the making: the Sandbox Series which takes place in various playgrounds in Central Park throughout the summer.
From July 12th through August 20th, every Monday and Tuesday at 11am, join musician Michael Wimberely's live African beats. Co-presented by the Museum for African Art, the program will include professional dance instruction from the Forces of Nature African American Dance Theater and is for children ages 3-8. No reservations are required for the free event.
