Pride Run

The New York Road Runners and Front Runner, a running club for the gay and lesbian community, are hosting the annual Lesbian and Gay Ride Run on Saturday, June 26.

The 5-mile race through Central Park is open to all supporters of the LGBT community.  Beginning at 8:30 AM, the race starts on the West Drive near Tavern on the Green and will head south, counter clockwise through the park.

The top male and female runners will receive a cash prize at a ceremony post-race.

The beneficiary of the proceeds from this year's race is SAGE (Services & Advocacy for GLBT Elders).
