Central Park Film Festival: King Kong

With the theme of “Iconic New York,” the 8th Annual Central Park Film Festival comes to Mineral Springs, just north of the Sheep Meadow, mid-park at 69th Street.
On Friday, August 27th, King Kong, a cult classic featuring a giant gorilla that abducts a beautiful blond actress, will be screened.
Rain or shine, the movie will start at 8 PM; gates open at 6:30 PM.
