Central Park Film Festival: Viewers' Choice
With the theme of "Iconic New York," the 8th Annual Central Park Film Festival comes to Mineral Springs, just north of the Sheep Meadow, mid-park at 69th Street.
On Saturday, August 28th, the audience picks which movie they want to see by visiting www.7online.com through August 15 to cast a vote for either Serendipity, a romantic comedy about a couple (John Cusack and Kate Beckinsale) who find each other again years after the night they first met and fell in love in New York City, or Manhattan, a Woody Allen classic about a writer (Allen) who has a troubled romantic life but finds love with his best friend's mistress (Diane Keaton).
Rain or shine, the movie will start at 8 PM; gates open at 6:30 PM.
