A non-traditional black-tie gala featuring over-the-top costumes, spooky decorations, dancing and a whimsical celebration of halloween. The most anticipated part of the evening is a festive and competitive costume contest with luxury prizes generously donated by The Surrey Hotel for best costumes in various categories overseen by celebrity judges. 

Fine wines will be generously provided by HobNob.
