Lasker Rink

lasker rink central park

OPENING DATE SATURDAY OCTOBER 28 WEATHER PERMITING The Lasker Rink is just as busy during the winter when the water freezes and visitors trade their swimsuits in for ice skates. Located mid-park between 106th and 108th Streets, the site overlooks the beautiful Harlem Meer and is favorite of active park-goers all year round. The rink is open daily every winter from the end of October through the end of March. During the summer, the Lasker area is open as a swimming pool.

The Lasker Rink is located mid-Park between 106th and 108th Streets and converts from a swimming pool in the summer to an ice-skating rink during the winter months. It hosts skating, adult and youth hockey, lessons for all ages and abilities, skate rentals, and lockers. For more information, call 917-492-3856.
