Summer Photo Contest

Central Park comes alive in the Summer: the lawns are covered with sunbathers and picnickers, the fields are busy with soccer, softball and volleyball games, the playgrounds are buzzing with children, and the pathways overflow with walkers, runners and bikers. As the park hums with activity, there is no better time for a photographer to get inspired by all the action.

We are currently accepting submissions for our Summer 2010 Photo Contest until August 25. You can enter photos taken in Summer 2010 or during past summer seasons. Our panel of judges will select 3 winners from the top 30 photos voted by our users and the winners will be announced in October and permanently displayed on CentralPark.com! The winners will also each receive a CentralPark.com prize package.

Additionally, each week one of the highest rated photos will be included in our newsletter. Sign up to receive the newsletter and check to see if your photo is chosen. Our editors will also choose one photo every month to be featured as the profile picture for our Facebook page. Like us on Facebook to see if your photo gets picked!

You can also vote for your favorite photos. The deadline for rating photos is Thursday, September 23, 2010.
