A: I Do New York offers 3 different all-inclusive package options for you to choose from: Intimate, Celebrate, and Elegance. You can choose whichever best suits your needs for your special day!

A: Any package can be customized for your ceremony based on your needs. It is best to choose the package that most closely reflects what you would like to have included in your ceremony.

A: All payments are made through PayPal. After choosing the package that best suits your needs, you make the initial 5% deposit of the package price by following the link below and selecting your package for purchase.

Two months prior to your ceremony, a payment of 70% of the total package price is due. I Do New York will send you a payment request through PayPal, to your e-mail at that time.

Two weeks prior to your ceremony, the final payment for the package is due. Once again, I Do New York will send you a payment request through PayPal, to your e-mail at that time.

A: One of the most important aspects of planning your ceremony is choosing the people who will create your ideal ceremony. We work with you and what you envision for your ceremony to find the perfect match for each aspect of your ceremony. I Do New York employs the best that New York City has to offer for your wedding day. Any booking of vendors is done through I Do New York.

The most important things to choose for your wedding are listed below.

Officiant: Whether of a religious affiliation, non-denominational, or non-religious, we can provide you with an officiant that best reflects the expression of your love and commitment in your ceremony.

Photography: Photographs of your wedding ceremony provide you with memories that you can cherish forever. What better way to remember your special ceremony in Central Park than with the help of one of our great photographers?

Flowers: Choosing your floral arrangements can be very personal and specific. We can work with you to create in-season floral arrangements of your choice.

Musicians: Music can provide the perfect backdrop and mood to any ceremony. Although there is no amplified sound allowed in Central Park, the acoustic musician options are endless. From violin to acoustic guitar and so on, we can put together the songs and sounds that you so desire. You have the option of a single acoustic musician, a duet, or even a quartet!

A: Yes! Our wedding planner will guide you through the whole process of planning your ceremony. With the beauty of today’s technology, we work with you through e-mail correspondence during our office hours: Monday through Friday, from 9AM to 5PM EST.

A: Typically every couple meets with the I Do New York wedding planner in person to perform a walk-through of your ceremony and on the day of your wedding.
