| Favorite Central Park place | |||||||||||||||||||
| I have been going to Central Park all my life. To me it is the essential New York City experience. It’s one of the few escapes we have where we can be at peace from the rest of the city. At times when you’re in the center of Central Park, you almost forget you’re in NYC. I have tons of memories in Central Park…running through the forest with my friends, going to the Diana Ross concert in the 80’s, meeting Sidney Poitier on a Sunday afternoon, going to the MET, the Puerto Rican Parade, watching Barbra Streisand direct, watching Jackie Kennedy walking with her friend, waiting for Madonna to go jogging in 87…tons of NYC experiences. I love NYC and especially Central Park. | |||||||||||||||||||
