| I love walking around Manhattan, finding out the history of many of the buildings and events that occured in various areas. Taking photos adds to the memories of wonderful days spent in Manhattan. | |||||||||||||||||||
| Favorite Central Park place | |||||||||||||||||||
| Central Park is most beautiful in the fall. I had lunch at the Tavern on the Green in the room with the glass walls. We were surrounded by the beautiful sculptures of animals made with the shrubs outside (as seen in the Edward Scissrhands movie). The leaves were glorious colors . Each time the wind blew the leaves fell like snow and whisked around the area in all their beauty. Walking through the park full of people and color was peacful yet exuberant at the same time. It is part of the magic that is New York. | |||||||||||||||||||
