Tom Ridout (Ridout)

Tom's photography is a natural extension of his work as a landscape architect. He focuses on the objective study of urban spaces, both natural and manmade. His subjects reveal the passage of time, the constructs of man and the inevitability of change. The views offered by his photographs are direct, unfiltered and form focused. The common thread of Tom's photography is the rendering of objects in an exacting manner, free of cues that confuse the places under study.
