Central Park Conservancy - Website of the Central Park Conservancy, a great source for information on the many activities that they sponsor throughout the park
Links to the various performance venues in Central Park: Shakespeare in the Park at the Delacorte Theater - Enjoy Shakepeare in the Park all summer long, use this link to get more info from the Public Theater which sponsors the Festival every year. Summerstage at Rumsey Playfield - Summerstage produces an amazing variety of music and dance throughout the summer months. Some are actually free. New York Philharmonic and Metropolitan Opera on the Great Lawn - Every Summer both of these world renowned companies perform for free under the stars on the Great Lawn.
