Central Park Conservancy Film Festival: The Last Dragon

In partnership with Historic Harlem Parks: Take a tour of New York City’s neighborhoods through movies at the 2016 Central Park Conservancy Film Festival, which will be hosted in Central Park and Marcus Garvey Park in recognition of the Conservancy’s ongoing commitment to support our fellow City parks.

Tonight's Feature: THE LAST DRAGON

Rated PG-13 109 mins. Directed by Michael Schultz. Starring Taimak, Vanity, Chris Murney, Julius J. Carry III.

Taimak stars as an African American martial-arts whiz, so devoted to his hobby that he dresses and behaves in what he thinks is true Chinese fashion. Taimak falls in love with sexy veejay Vanity. Gangsters intrude on both their lives when crook Julius J. Carry III tries to promote his talentless protegee into rock stardom.

The Film Festival is  Free. Tickets are not required. 

Gates open at 6:30 pm

DJ from 6:30 pm until movie starts at 8:00 pm
