Foraging With the Wildman

"Wildman" Steve Brill will lead one of his world-famous foraging tours through Central Park.

Wild fruits and berries dot the park mid-summer and you'll hunt for flavorful black raspberries, black cherries, and european cut-leaf blackberries. The wineberries (an Asian species of raspberry) will be at their peak - try using them to make a sherbert and you won't be disappointed.
