The Japan Day Run scheduled for May 10th has been canceled due to the coronavirus but the organizers are hoping to reschedule in the fall of 2020. Check the NYRR website for updates throughout the year.
Now in its 14th year, Japan Run is a 4 mile race in Central Park to kick off Japan Day. The race is followed by several kids' races, all hosted by New York Road Runners. Plan to stay for the family-friendly festival which will include a wide range of entertainment and Japanese cuisine.
Date: May 10th, 2020 (Mother's Day!)
Location: East Drive near 68th Street.
Time: 8:00 AM - Kids' Races begin at 9:30 AM
