Each class lasts 75 minutes, including warm-ups, walking techniques and workouts, cool-downs, and strength training. Class size is limited to 30 participants, with groups subdivided based on ability level. Participants must attend the first class of the session. Classes are held rain or shine (though in the event of a deluge, class will be rescheduled). All students receive training sheets and workout programs for various distances.
