Open to all fitness levels. This flowing and meditative Vinyasa yoga class has an emphasis on breathing and healthy pose alignment. Great for those who want a restorative practice. Unlock the tension in your body and relieve stress while building core strength with a mindful focus.
Class Times: Saturdays & Sundays in December: 12:00 noon
Duration: 75 minutes
Individuals: $20 per person / Groups of 3+: $15 per person
Mat Rentals: Not available year due to safety precautions
Book Online: Reservations are required
Location: MAP | Meet 15 min before class in front of Le Pain Quotidien cafe inside Central Park, north side of Sheep Meadow. From there you'll walk together to the class location.
Important Safety and Class Information
- Mat positions of a minimum of 6 ft separation is required
- Masks are not required during class as long as physical distancing is observed. Feel free to wear one if you wish!
- Bring a mat or towel, water and something warm for final relaxation
- Yoga is best practiced with an empty stomach and bare feet, even better if directly on the grass to allow earthing
- Props aren’t necessary but feel free to bring any that you like to use
- Bathrooms available
