The wildlife of New York and Veracruz, Mexico will be honored in a free afternoon of song, dance, live turtle encounters, nature walks, and a discussion on the bio-challenges to the turtles of our region and their counterparts south of the border. This free event for the whole family will be presented by Mano a Mano: Mexican Culture Without Borders, the Center for Traditional Music and Dance, NYC Department of Parks & Recreation, and the Central Park Conservancy.
