Wreath Exhibit at the Arsenal
The Arsenal Gallery is holding its 40th annual Wreath Interpretations exhibit.
On the third floor of the Arsenal Building in Central Park, you'll find a most unusual collection of holiday wreaths in December.
Wreaths included in this exhibition use a wide range of materials, from caution tape to safety pins, Mardi Gras beads and more. Each wreath is accompanied by a short artist statement that tells gallery visitors about the meaning behind the wreath, which explore a wide range of themes, such as family history, volunteerism, endangered animals, and chemistry.
The Arsenal Gallery is located on the third floor of NYC Parks’ headquarters in Central Park.
Admission is FREE.
*Mask-wearing is required to enter the Arsenal Gallery, and guests are required to sign in.
**The Arsenal Gallery will be closed December 26, 2022.
