Note: Class packs must be purchased prior to booking your class.
- 3 Class Pack: $15/class

Location: MAP | Meet 15 min before class in front of Le Pain Quotidien cafe inside Central Park, north side of Sheep Meadow. From there we'll walk together to the class location.
Notes
- Please arrive 15 mins early for class
- Bring a mat or towel, or practice directly on the grass
- Class is open to all levels - we offer variations to fit every body
Recommendations
- Yoga is best on an empty stomach & bare feet
- Bring water, sunscreen, and something warm for final relaxation
- Respect social distancing with mat position
- Please note any pre-existing physical conditions
