Details: Core Fitness By Jana offers outdoor pilates classes to help you tone your abs, legs and butt, and greatly improve posture and flexibility. Pilates is a total body workout focused on core strength which includes the abs, back and hips.
- Cost: $15
- Appropriate for all skill levels
- Please arrive early for your first class
- Bring a mat, towel and water
- We keep 4-5 mats on site, available on a first come, first serve basis
- Area is shaded, and bathrooms & refreshments are available
- Reservations are required
