Fit Tours are historic Central Park tours with a fitness twist! Founded by a native New Yorker who is a certified Fitness Trainer and official NYC Sightseeing Guide.
These 1-hour long tours are perfect for those who want something beyond a treadmill workout!
The Core Tour is a sight running tour that integrates core strength, balance and flexibility exercises. It takes place throughout the center section of Central Park, so as we focus exercises on the middle of your body you can focus on the sights in the middle of the Park! Sights include Bow Bridge, the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir, Belvedere Castle and more!
It meets at 72nd Street and 5th Avenue on Saturdays at 9am.
