For those that appreciate an evening of classical music under a night of summer stars, the New York Philharmonic will once again present its annual Concerts in the Parks series on the Great Lawn in Central Park.

Mozart - Clarinet Concerto

R. Strauss - Ein Heldenleben


Thursday June 16, 2016

Alan Gilberts conducts 

Beethoven -Overture to Fidelio

Wagner - Tristan und Isolde: Prelude and Liebestod

Beethoven - Symphony No. 3, Eroica


Location Info:

Concerts take place on the Great Lawn:

Enter on the Westside at West 81st or 86th Streets at Central Park West. Enter on the Eastside at East 79th or 85th Streets at Fifth Ave.


All shows will be followed by fireworks by Bay Fireworks.

Bring a blanket, a picnic and some friends. 

For the best seats, try to arrive a couple of hours before the start of the show.
