Sunrise Yoga Walk

There's no better way to relieve the stress and stiffness of travel than with a sunrise yoga walk. These health and wellness focused tours include a quick-paced walk to the park's most beautiful sights and locations where we enjoy spectacular views and lead our guests through invigorating yoga poses and stretches. You'll walk away feeling refreshed, energized, and ready to take on the day that lies ahead! Core TourCore Tour

The Core Tour is a sight running tour that integrates core strength, balance and flexibility exercises. It takes place throughout the center section of Central Park, so as we focus exercises on the middle of your body you can focus on the sights in the middle of the Park! Sights include Bow Bridge, the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir, Belvedere Castle and more. It meets at 72nd Street and 5th Avenue.
