The editors of The Knot (a website devoted to marriage info) and Men's Health were asked to poll their readers for the best place in New York to propose marriage and Central Park came in first by a landslide.One of the most popular aspects of popping the question in the park was the fact that it offers so many choices. Whether it a setting that is more traditionally romantic - Belvedere Castle, a carriage ride around Cherry Hill - or a place that has special meaning for a specific couple - the spot where you used to meet to go running around the Reservoir - Central Park offers a wide variety of venues for stammering proposals and blushing replies.
