Al Pacino To Perform In Central Park Next Summer

Assuming the role of Shylock in The Merchant of Venice once again, Al Pacino will be performing in The Public Theater's annual free Shakespeare series next summer in Central Park. Pacino previously played Shylock in the 2004 film The Merchant of Venice, and will be starring in next summer's productions alongside fellow castmembers Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Jesse L. Martin, Max Wright and others.
