$120 Million Lawsuit For Rotten Tree Branch

Sasha Blair-Goldensohn was hit by a falling tree branch, weighing nearly 100 pounds, in Central Park near West Drive and West 63rd Street. His lawyer claims "Sasha sustained severe brain damage, spinal fractures and spinal-cord damage resulting in paralysis, respiratory and other serious injuries, all of which have required multiple operations and his continued hospitalization to this day." He is suing the city and the Central Park Conservancy for $120 Million.
