Enjoy your favorite winter sports, including cross-country skiing, snow tubing, and snow-sculpting at this annual free festival in Central Park's East Meadow. And, on Sunday only, Winter Festival’s first-ever NYC Rail Jam will offer participants the opportunity to watch incredible stunts performed by some of the most skilled snowboarders around.
