Canadian Geese a Growing Problem in Central Park

While flocks of Canadian Geese flying in V formations are a familiar site above the park, the growing geese population that calls the park home is cause for growing concern. Based primarily around Harlem Meer the number of geese has grown over the past few years from fifty to over three hundred. Besides fouling the water of the Meer the refuse from the geese causes other possible health problems.
