Celebrate culture and community at the annual Puerto Rican Day Parade on Fifth Avenue.
The National Puerto Rican Day Parade (NPRDP) returns on Sunday, June 14, 2026 for its 69th Annual celebration in New York City, spanning 35 city blocks along Fifth Avenue and drawing more than one million participants and spectators.
The parade celebrates Puerto Rican history, culture, and achievement across all facets of society, art, science, education, public service, entertainment, and commerce.

2025 Dedication & Theme
NPRDP partnered with acclaimed actor, singer, composer, and writer Lin-Manuel Miranda, along with TeeRico, to create merchandise featuring the 2025 theme, "Planting Flag". The design combines the Puerto Rican flag with a ceiba tree whose roots stretch globally, symbolizing the deep roots and worldwide influence of Puerto Rican identity. The artwork was created by Puerto Rican artist Jorge Rafael Calderón.
Proceeds from official parade merch sales support the National Puerto Rican Day Scholarship Fund.
2025 Honorees
2025 honorees included Luis Guzmán, the acclaimed actor known for his memorable roles in film and television; Olga Tañón, the multi-Grammy-winning singer celebrated for her powerful voice and dynamic performances; Gina Rodriguez, the award-winning actress and advocate; and Elvis Crespo, the Grammy-winning singer famous for his infectious merengue hits.
