Lasker Pool & Rink
A dual-purpose Central Park recreational site, the Lasker area serves as both a pool during the summer and an ice skating rink during the winter. Located mid-park between 106th and 108th Streets, the site overlooks the beautiful Harlem Meer and is favorite of active park-goers all year round.

LASKER POOL
Currently, the Lasker Pool features a wading pool and Olympic pool for visitors to enjoy every summer from the end of June through Labor Day. The free pool provides a deck area, lockers and a concession stand. Make sure to bring your own lock and towel!
For kids who get hungry while swimming, the Department of Education has a free summer lunch program at the pool where children 18 and under can get breakfast and lunch for free on weekdays.
The Lasker Pool also runs a series of free programming throughout the summer. Kids can partake in Learn to Swim lessons, and for adults there is the free Lap Swim program.
Pool Hours:
Open daily 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM,
Free Lap Swim Program Hours:
"Early Bird" lap swim hours: 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM
"Night Owl" lap-swim hours: 7:00 PM to Dusk.

LASKER RINK
The Lasker Rink is just as busy during the winter when the water freezes and visitors trade their swimsuits in for ice skates. The rink is open daily every winter from the end of October through the end of March.
HOURS:
- Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 10:00am-3:45pm
- Tuesday: 10:00am - 3:30pm & 8:00pm-10:00pm
- Friday: 10:00am-5:15pm & 7:00pm-11:00pm
- Saturday: 1:00pm-11:00pm
- Sunday 12:30pm-4:30pm
- Thanksgiving: Nov 22: 10:00am-6:00pm, Nov 23 & 24: 10:00am-11pm, Nov 24: 10:00am-8:00pm
Note: During holidays or special events, the rink may have different hours. Check the Lasker Rink Calendar of Events for details.
PRICES:
- Adults: $7.00
- Children (11 & under): $4.00
- Seniors: $2.25
- Skate Rentals: $6.00 (tax included)
- Lock Rental: $3.25 (plus refundable $4.00 deposit, tax included)
In addition to regular ice-skating, hockey classes for all ages, as well as group and private skating school lessons are offered at the Lasker Rink. Kids can even have their birthday party on ice!
