Celebrate 150th Anniversary of 'Alice in Wonderland'

A one-hour walking tour of the two Alice statues in Central Park, the Sophie Irene Loeb Fountain (1936) and the Margarita Delacorte Memorial (1959). Twenty-three Carrollian characters from the two Alice books appear in the two statues.
G. A. Mudge, author of Two Alice Statues in Central Park, will conduct the tour. The tour leaves promptly at 9:30 from the statue of Samuel Morse (Central Park entrance at Fifth Avenue and 72nd Street). Assemble at 9:15.
