Healthy parks provide countless opportunities to help you stay healthy too! The Central Park Circuit will help you reach your fitness goals in the world’s most beautiful outdoor gym — Central Park! Get fit with innovative exercises designed by top trainers to utilize the Park’s best natural features: rocks, trails, stairs, hills, and gorgeous open lawns.
The Central Park Circuit is a variety of in-Park classes that will help you maximize your strength and agility, as well as increase flexibility and muscle tone. Classes are drop-in and open to all fitness levels. Space is limited for each class on a first-come, first-served basis. Central Park Conservancy Members who bring their membership cards are guaranteed a slot in each class.
Dates: Tuesdays & Thursdays, May 10 – June 16 & July 5 – August 11, 2016 Time: 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm Location: East Meadow (East Side from 97th - 100th Street)
This program is FREE; pre-registration is recommended. Open to all fitness levels. Ages 18+.
