Nurture your well-being with this new program hosted by the Central Park Conservancy.
The Central Park Conservancy has launched Rooted, a brand-new wellness series designed to help you connect with the calming and restorative power of Central Park.
Rooted offers guided events and activities that encourage mindfulness, movement, and a deeper sense of community in the heart of the city.
About the Program
Led by expert instructors and Conservancy staff, the series offers a three-hour window of connected sessions, each focusing on one of the following:
- MIND: Stress management, health and financial wellness
- BODY: Yoga, dance, and movement classes
- SOUL: Art, music, storytelling, and creative play
Pick and choose from the sessions, or stay for all three! The program is open to all ages and experience levels, making it a welcoming space to pause, breathe, and recharge.
Sessions take place on Wednesdays and Saturdays through early November, with most events free or available for a $5 fee. Advanced registration is encouraged.
