Join chess master, Kassa Korley for a lecture and a simultaneous game of chess!
Kassa Korley, an American-born Danish chess player, began playing chess at a young age without formal instruction. He achieved the title of National Master at 15, becoming the youngest African-American to do so. He went on to become a FIDE Master in 2010 and International Master in 2014, earning two grandmaster norms in 2018 and 2019.
Kassa divides his time between New York City and Denmark. He attended Duke University and worked at Codecademy before focusing on his goal of becoming a Grandmaster.
To secure a spot, it is recommended to register in advance, with limited walk-up spaces available.
