Details: Core Fitness By Jana offers outdoor pilates classes to help you tone your abs, legs and butt, and greatly improve posture and flexibility. Pilates is a total body workout focused on core strength which includes the abs, back and hips. Classes are appropriate for all skill levels!
Notes: Please arrive on time, or a few minutes early if it's your first class. Bring a mat, towel and water. We keep 4-5 mats on site available on a first come, first serve basis. Area is shaded. Bathrooms and drinks are available at the tennis center.
Location: MAP | Meet mid-park at 93rd Street, at the SW corner of the Tennis Courts, above the Reservoir.
