Jazzmobile and the Central Park Conservancy present Great Jazz on the Great Hill, a beloved summer tradition celebrating world-class jazz in Central Park.
Event Details
Head up to the Great Hill to enjoy an afternoon of live performances from internationally acclaimed jazz artists.
Bring a picnic (or order one and pick up on 100th Street) and a blanket and get ready to swing dance to your heart's content on a dance floor set up near the stage.
This is a free, family-friendly event. All ages are welcome.

History
Great Jazz on the Great Hill was created by Jazzmobile nearly 25 years ago, with its first concert being a tribute to jazz legend Charlie Parker. This annual event honors jazz greats and brings live jazz music to a broad community audience. It draws thousands each year for a uniquely New York City summer music experience.

LOCATION
The Great Hill is located at Central Park West between 106th and 104th Streets. Enter at 106th Street and Central Park West and follow the path one block south into the park.
GETTING THERE
The closest subways are:
- B,C trains at W 103rd Street and Central Park West
- B,C trains at W 110th Street and Central Park North

- All performances are FREE

RESTROOMS
There will be portable toilets on site for this event, as well as a restroom.
ACCESSIBILITY
The Great Hill is located on a moderate slope; however, it is accessible by ramp. To avoid stairs, enter at West 108th at Central Park West and travel south down the path to the Great Hill.

FOOD & DRINK
There will be a refill water station, but no concession. Bring a picnic (or order a picnic to be picked up from our shop at 100th Street and Central Park West). Delivery options are also available with 24 hours' notice.
