Mariza, Noisery, and Renato Diz at SummerStage
The Mozambique-born, Portuguese-bred singer, Mariza, is one of the pre-eminent musicians to popularize fado, a genre that melds soulful narrative vocals layered with acoustic guitar instrumentation. She’ll be performing with two of her fellow Portuguese talents: Noiserv, who plays a variety of curious and traditional instruments as a “one-man orquestra,” and the pianist and composer Renato Diz.
