In 1885, the New England Society (NES) commissioned a bronze statue of the Pilgrim by noted sculptor John Quincy Adams Ward. NES invites you to the Pilgrim Statue Luncheon in celebration of the 126th anniversary of the statue's dedication. 12 pm: Meet at 72nd Street and Fifth Avenue and proceed to and proceed to the Pilgrim Statue for a reading by the NES President. 12:30 pm: Lunch at Orsay, with author Justin Martin (fee applies).
