Come join us, and join in, as we Dance with Qi, the vital enerQi of the universe.:Learn. Share. Move. 7 teachers from New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. The event will include an opening Qigong dance, Yin Meditation, Ba Duan Jin, Tai Chi for Kids, and 'Let It Be' Dance Qigong. Bring the family. Free. Come celebrate and learn about the National Qigong Association (NQA, the principle national qigong organization in this country. This is an annual event, the first Saturday after Memorial Day.
