SummerStage Opening Night

Opening night of free SummerStage features three interpretations of American Blues acts.

Slated to perform the FREE show are:

• St. Paul and the Broken Bones - an Alabama eight-piece band performing updated 1960s classic soul
• Say She She - A Brooklyn seven-piece band led by three women giving a modern twist to girl groups and three-part harmonies.
• Mwesnso and the Shakes - A joyful Harlem-based jazz, soul, and blues band that draws from a wide spectrum of Black ancestral diasporic music with an afro-futuristic lens.
