OPERA ITALIANA IS IN THE AIR is a free concert celebrating female artists and opera in Central Park.
The concert, presented by Italian conductor Alvise Casellati, will include sopranos Dísella Làrusdóttir and Caitlin Gotimer and will feature two participants in the New York Philharmonic's Very Young Composers program, 14-year-old singer Paloma Dineli Chesky and 15-year-old composer Jordan Millar.
Casellati brings together top professionals in the industry with young musicians and composers to create high-quality outdoor concerts that are modern, diverse, informal, and accessible to everyone.
