On 10 October 2010 at 10 am, Marthijn de Groot starts his 21 days of continuous painting, using the city of New York as his inspiration and live studio. The first day he sets up his canvasses in Central Park amidst the beautiful fall colours and to the accompaniment of Coltrane, Bach...Every day of October he will be painting in a different part of the city. The well known performance- artist ‘in person’ in the heart of the city. Be sure to go watch the artist at work. An event not to be missed!
