Sail Central Park - Autumn Equinox Celebration

Join Sail Central Park in celebrating and learning about the importance of BALANCE in our environment and body during the Fall equinox on Sunday, September 22, at the top of each hour from 1 PM - 4:30 PM.

Activities will include games for all ages, guided stretching, and fall-themed craft projects you’ll get to take home.
