An Augmented Reality exhibition honoring the lives and memory of those lost to racial injustice.

Where is the exhibit? 

On view in the former Seneca Village area of Central Park on West 85th Street.

When will the exhibit be on display?

From Saturday, Sept. 17th through Sunday, October 16th, 2022.

How do I gain access to the exhibit?

Visitors must download the Membit app on their mobile apps. 

What is Membit and augmented reality?

Membit is a geolocation augmented-reality storytelling platform app you can download for your phone or tablet for sharing memories in specific locations. It allows for Augmented Reality to be used by anyone.

Augmented reality is a combination of real and virtual worlds that seamlessly blend accurate 3D registration of virtual and real objects. In this circumstance, both Seneca Village and photos and information about the lives and circumstances of those featured.

What is the cost?

This event is free but donations are accepted.
