Michael Gervais is the Director of Meditation and Yoga for Equinox Group Fitness and the creator of HeadStrong Meditation on the EQX+ app. In addition to teaching regular classes at Equinox clubs and on EQX+, his work in mindfulness and movement has been featured in Goop, The Wall Street Journal, ABC News, Men’s Health, and Forbes.

Franck Raharinosy is an Intuitive Sound Practitioner and co-founder of the pingpong social clubs, SPIN. Franck has been guiding Sound Meditations since 2016 and worked with over 1000 clients in individual, group and corporate settings. Franck’s clients include Equinox, NeueHouse, Airbnb, The National Arts Club, and Tibet House US.
