A sound bath skating meditation on the ice at Wollman Rink.
With Equinox being part of the group that now runs Wollman Rink, we are being presented with a first time ever sound bath skating meditation! Basically it will be a guided skating session that focuses on meditative breath work and movements while being submerged in rich sounds from singing bowls, chimes, gongs and more from practitioners Franck Raharinosy and Michael Gervais.
All skating levels are welcome. After the 45-minute class, guests may stay at the rink for an open skate and enjoy a complimentary warm signature drink in Wollman’s rink side hospitality tent.
