AARP New York is proud to celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month with exciting virtual and in-person events for AARP members and guests.
Join this free, three-part Tai Chi Fitness Program with certified instructor Raymond Li. Designed for all experience levels, the series blends movement and mindfulness to support whole-body wellness.
Two sessions will be livestreamed, and the final session will take place in person in Central Park.

The final session in the program brings Tai Chi to life in the heart of New York City. This in-person gathering provides the opportunity for direct instruction and hands-on practice with Raymond Li.
Focus areas include: Healthy body posture; Graceful efficient movement ; Balance and flexibility; Digestive and organ health; Relaxation and stress reduction and Aging well through mindful movement
