Join the ultimate pride celebration at Wollman Rink! Featuring guest DJs Violet Chachki & Gottmik from RuPaul's Drag Race.

The DiscOasis in Central Park is celebrating Pride with this special one-night event on June 24th from 7:30PM to 10PM. Hosted by Andy Cohen, Bruce Bozzi, and Kevin Huvane.

Put on your best Pride lewks and pose with dazzling art installations. Hit the rink or express yourself on the dance floor with Guest DJs Violet Chachki and Gottmik from RuPaul’s Drag Race.

DiscOasis is a brand new immersive, funky, roller-disco experience happening at Wollman Rink this summer. Enjoy daytime and evening skate sessions on the rink, groove-inspiring guest DJs on the dancefloor, interactive art installations, exciting special events and more!

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I don't roller skate?

Roller skating is a central part of DiscOasis but there are plenty of other activities to experience, such as environmental designs, art installations and a dance floor!

Is DiscOasis family friendly?

Yes, the DiscOasis is appropriate for all ages. We recommend children attend during the day, or in the earlier evening session.

Do I need my own roller-skates?

If you don't have your own roller-skates or roller-blades, you can rent quad roller skates for $10. Socks must be worn and will be available for purchase.

What about safety gear?

Helmets, knee-pads, and wrist guards are not available for rent. A limited supply may be available for purchase in the shop if you are interested.

Do I need to wear sunscreen?

Consider sunscreen for sessions taking place during daylight hours, as this is a mostly outdoor venue.

Are refreshments available?

Yes, food & beverages are available. No outside food or beverages will be allowed inside the event.

Is there a bathroom?

Yes, bathrooms are available.

What happens if I'm late for my time slot?

You can arrive at any time within your designated time slot. It's best to arrive 15 minutes early so you can pick up your skates and lace up. 

You are welcome to enjoy the other activities on-site before and after your rink time.

What is included in the VIP Access pass?

The VIP Access pass includes a dedicated entry, expedited entry, a dedicated VIP area with a bar, and a special swag item from The DiscOasis.

Can I bring a large group?

Email: groove@thediscoasis.com to inquire about groups of 30 or more.

Are there Covid-19 restrictions?

Vaccinations and masks are not required (subject to change according to state mandates).

What is the cancellation policy?

Unless an event is canceled due to weather-related issues, tickets are non-refundable. Ticket exchanges may be possible in certain circumstances and when inventory allows. Please email tickets@thediscoasis.com for any questions.
