The 2021 yoga season is here!
Open to all fitness levels. This flowing and meditative Vinyasa yoga class has an emphasis on breathing and healthy pose alignment. Great for those who want an energizing and mindful practice. Unlock the tension in your body and relieve stress while building core strength!
2021 CLASS INFORMATION
Class Schedule:
- Saturdays & Sundays at 10:00 AM & 12:00 PM
- Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays at 12:00 PM
- Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:00 PM
Duration: 75 minutes
Drop-In Rates: $20 per person / Groups of 3+: $15 per person
Reservations are required.
No Mat Rentals: Please bring your own yoga mat/ towel, or practice directly on the grass
Location: MAP | Meet 15 min before class in front of Le Pain Quotidien cafe inside Central Park, north side of Sheep Meadow. From there you'll walk together to the class location.
Important Covid-19 Safety and Class Information
- NO MAT RENTALS: Bring your own yoga mat/ towel, or practice directly on the grass
- The positioning of yoga mats should respect social distancing of 6 feet
- There will be no hands on adjustments, only vocal cues
- Masks will not be required during class as long as social distancing is respected. We recommend the use of masks before and after class.
- Bring a mat or towel, water and something warm for final relaxation
- Yoga is best practiced with an empty stomach and bare feet, even better if directly on the grass to allow earthing
- Props aren’t necessary but feel free to bring any that you like to use
- Bathrooms available
